Privacy Policy for Plass Test

Plass Test is a PVC piping brand owned and operated by R. K. Trading Co., Prayagraj - proprietor Ravinder Kumar Nayar. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit plasstest.com or send us an enquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone who interacts with us online - whether you're a farmer in Pratapgarh asking about borewell casing, a plumber in Lucknow comparing UPVC sizes, a builder in Indore ordering in bulk, or simply a visitor reading our pages. It covers the Plass Test website only. It does not cover purchases made in person at a hardware store or through a third-party dealer.

2. What we collect

We deliberately collect as little as possible. There is no login on this site, no account to create, and no analytics that follow you around.

When you submit the enquiry form

On the /contact page you may send us your name, phone number, email, city, state and a short note describing what you need. You enter this yourself - we never read it from anywhere else.

When you click the WhatsApp or Call button

Tapping our WhatsApp icon opens WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message; tapping the phone number dials it. We only see your message or call after you actually send it. WhatsApp and your mobile carrier handle the underlying connection under their own privacy terms.

What our server does in the background

Like every website on the internet, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived technical logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp — to keep the site online and to catch abuse. We do not connect those logs to your name, your phone number or your enquiry.

Anti-spam checks

When you submit the enquiry form, a Cloudflare Turnstile check runs silently in the background to confirm you're a real person and not an automated bot. Cloudflare receives only the information it needs to make that decision (a token, your IP and your browser signature) and acts under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

3. How we use what you send

We use your enquiry details for one reason: to get back to you.

  • Our team in Prayagraj reads your message and contacts you on the phone number or email you provided.
  • We may share the dispatch address, quantity and product details internally with our warehouse and the transporter assigned to your order — only to actually deliver what you asked for.
  • We may keep a copy of your enquiry to maintain order history and to answer if you call us again about the same job.

We do not sell, rent, share or trade your details with anyone — no insurance company, no telemarketer, no separate brand, no mailing list operator.

4. Who else handles your data

A small number of trusted services help us run the site and the enquiry form. Each one only sees the slice of data it needs:

  • Vercel - hosts the website and keeps technical access logs.
  • Formspark - receives your enquiry form submission and emails it to us; also archives it in a private dashboard only we can sign into.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile - runs the silent bot-check on the enquiry form.
  • Make.com - passes accepted enquiries to our internal WhatsApp notification system so the team is alerted on the phone right away.
  • Google Fonts - serves the typefaces used across the site; Google may briefly see your IP as part of loading those fonts.

We never give your details to anyone outside this list, and we never allow these providers to use your details for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as is reasonable to follow up and service the order - typically a few months for an active quote, and up to three years for completed orders so we can answer warranty and re-order questions. After that we delete the record. Technical access logs at our hosting provider rotate out automatically, usually within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We don't set marketing cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracker. The only browser storage the site uses is the small, technically necessary kind that keeps the bot-check working and remembers UI preferences during your visit. Nothing is shared with advertising networks.

7. Your rights

You can write to us at any time and ask us to:

  • tell you exactly what we have on file about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong or out-of-date;
  • delete your enquiry from our records;
  • stop using your phone number or email for any further follow-up.

Send any such request to plasstestco@gmail.com from the same phone-linked email or with enough detail (name + phone number used in the enquiry) that we can find the record safely. We will action it within 30 days.

8. How we keep it safe

All traffic to and from this website runs over HTTPS. Our enquiry form runs server-side validation, a honeypot field, a time-trap and a Cloudflare bot-check before any data is accepted. Inside the office, only the Plass Test team has access to the enquiry dashboard, and access is protected by individual logins.

9. Indian law & jurisdiction

R. K. Trading Co. is an Indian sole proprietorship based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This policy is written to be consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and with the IT Act and its associated rules. If a question arises about this policy, the courts at Prayagraj will have jurisdiction.

10. Children

Our products and our website are meant for adults - typically farmers, plumbers, electricians, contractors, builders, dealers and distributors. The site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly accept enquiries from a minor. If you believe a minor has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we handle your data, put a clear note on the home page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
